Okay about 'Stay' I just thought i'd add if someone hasn't already... Frank spoke about it an interview, I think it was the "The Edge NZ- End of November" Interview. (Thanks to the wonderful girl who sent me the Download Link. )
He says: "It's just something we've wrote on the last couple of tours, we've been playing material from black parade so long that when we get together and rehearse sometimes new stuff will just come out, so we just decided to start playing it. Will it make the next record, Will it ever be released, I have no idea, I just know that it's a song for now. It doesn't even have a title..." Thats what I could get, the excited girls kept squealing, Lol.

The song is named "Stay" by fans. Frank called it: "New Song".
No, it was just rumored and never proven. Youtube shouldn't be used as a source of information.
