The thread got a little bit confused so here is the proper first post:
Bert McCracken:Photography Competition
This is a competition similar to the icon and banner making competition. You will go out and take a photo with the theme i say; Because it is photography each theme is also open to interpretation but it still has to be relevant to the theme. The winners will get a snazzy little badge and maybe something extra.
Rules:
You're to show no one until I post the photos.
Photos must not be bigger than 800px wide but not smaller than 500px because i wont be able to see the detail for the judges choice.
No persuading people to vote for you, you can show them your entry (after i have posted them) but also tell them to look at the other ones.
I will PM you back after i have reciveed your entry.
I will specify if your allowed to Use photoshop and what you can use in photoshop.
I will announce a new competition every week. have your entry in on the fifth day and we vote on the sixth day and on the seventh day winners. then i'll announce a new competition.
so on Monday i must have your entry or you wont get in. |

Because we're all in different seasons i think it'd be very interesting;
I want you to take a photo that represents the current season your in, in your own interpretation.
Winners announced on Wednesday and New Competition
Voting on Tuesday

Remember, this photo must be specific to the competition.
No showing anyone else your entry.

no one really saw that. and i changed it because this is alot easier for people; i realised hope was really tricky for some people so i changed it |

What do you mean when you say "No bigger than 800px no smaller than 500px"
the width or height cant be bigger than that because it'd be too large.
and you cant see the detail any smaller than 500px
it doesnt matter whether its height or width as long as one of the sides is between those two. its like a limitation xD |
