Hahahahaha, I was just talking to a friend about Facebook, and he goes;

Jimmy: eww facebook is a bastard Neutral
Jimmy: i kiiiiiiiiiiiillled mine cos it kept sending me stuuuupid fuckking emails Neutral
Jimmy: "emma has added the crispatchy application and thinks you are a foreign piece of sand, click here to find out where from...... you must add the crispatchy application to find out where your piece of sand implied by emma is from" "im sorry, you need to add an application to fart around here, good fucking luck"
Jimmy: "no we couldnt just send you an email saying every damn thing, we want to send you an email saying you should log on to get this thing, then you must add the application, then fart, then get another email confirming your fart"
Jimmy: i dont want to add the god damn crispatchy application to see what kind of sand i am, people would think i am a crispatchy. crispatcher? crispatchernator?

Strangely enough, that's pretty damn accurate. xD

Within the couple of months, like 75% of my school got facebook.
I was on one of the computers at school, and I went on to facebook just to see if it was blocked or not and my year level coordinator's email was in the login box.
:O scandalous
so we found his facebook, and then we found a whole bunch of other teachers on there as well xD
Some of my friends actually added teachers lmfao

Hahaha, I know, right? I ended up turning all the emails off for the apps.

Most of my former classmates have Facebook, most of which pop up in the 'people you may know' bitty. Half the time I'm like 'ew' and refuse to add them.

There's this one group about one of my Uni lecturers called The Rick Weatherbee Appreciation Society. Funniest group EVAR. Though, if you've never been in one of his classes I'd imagine it would make no sense. But we find it side splitting. He knows about it, too. xD

On a random note, I'm going away on holiday for two weeks. Yaaaaaay. I shall miss the randomness here while I'm gone though.

LMFAO. I'm the exact same.
I see all these people I know, and it's like 'I could add you... but no'
xD

I'm pretty sure the only people I've actually added on there are you & Sez xD
With everybody else it's like if you want to be friends, you add me lol.

& have a great time on your holiday!

Hahaha, oh I feel so special xD
All these girls I went to school with, who hardly talked to me the whole time we were in school have added me. I don't really understand it. I would so like to cull my friends list. But that = effort =P

Rhiannon, have a great time!

And LOL, Jules.

my parents just killed my night.
I put on the black parade is dead on tv, since my laptop's cd drive died. Mum saw Gerard in the white makeup and instantly started criticizing him- just another replica of Michael Jackson blah blah. Dad comes & complains why i'm sitting there & i said I haven't stopped, i need a rest. Then Gerard says 'holy shit'! Dad's like- WHAT DID HE SAY??!? he went and pulled the plug. And continued chucking a piss over what a load of trash my 'idols' are. He demanded I'd explain what 'holy shit' means. I'm thinking...what a load of crap YOU are for getting pissed over some swearing & mum continues to say Gerard looks like Michael Jackson (gees, MJ was so long ago...he's not even a CLOSE reference to compare Gerard to. I can't stand it when mum judges my music when she knows next to zilch about music in general). Just because MCR isn't christian & they swear, doesn't mean they're trash. I can't understand why my over conservative parents can't just open their blind eyes and appreciate and respect talented & non-christian people.

I'm so sick of this conservatism, like 'oh i'm so holy, don't mix with them ungodly people'...i don't even know if any of you guys relate to my situation, but i'm just so pissed.

I'm so sorry Amy, my mom was brought up in a highly Christian family but she hates religion so I guess it doesnt matter because she just criticized how screaming can be music lmfao

But now she's accepting it and kinda getting into it. She likes The Used now sorta, thinks its a bit boring but yeah she enjoys it.

Mom respects what Dan does for the fans and stuff.

My family only intervenes with my life when needed, they leave my clothing, hair and music choice to myself. They might not like it but they respect what I wanna do

That really sucks Amy =(
My parents were like that to a degree, not that bad though... and now they generally just leave me alone and make my own choices.

^^ yeah i could tolerate people who criticise screamo music, as it does take a while to tune the ear to that taste of music.

both of you has said your parents leave it up to you or they respect your tastes...that's just the simple thing I'm asking for at home & i'll probably never get it. I mean, they wouldn't go mocking their friend's interests & tastes to their face, how can they do it to me. And I don't do it to them either- i could list my dad's many interests that I find ridiculous & a waste of time but obviously i wouldn't say it to his face obviously cuz he's my father, but I'm almost friggin TWENTY ONE.

Have you said that to them? That you're almost twenty-one and old enough to make your own choices about what music you listen to etc?

Ahh. I see. My parents make me pay for a lot of stuff, and I'm not home that much, esp in the holidays, so don't eat with them that often anyway.

^ not necessarily...universities have degrees for fine art that sort of wacky courses. Anyways in whatever creative thing you do, knowing and being good at the basic rules will make your own ideas take shape even more successfully. Like, the art classes I'm taking- they teach the most traditional and realistic style of drawing and painting- painstakingly accurate...but it's most satisfying because I know that's the starting point for my own creativity.

NIDA's just released the application project for theatre Design...and it says students have up to 40hrs of contact per friggin week!!! 9-6 monday to friday...I can be convinced at the end of the degree that I can design Broadway musicals lolLLOLL....if i get in.
