^These two bands...so SO much.
I listened to My Chem most of the time after my friend died. Found it very comforting. Knowing what they'd been through and how far they had come from it all really did help me through.
Pretty much the same for Madina Lake too. Those guys have been through so much stuff, and they come out of it all being the most incredible, down to earth people I've ever met. Their music speaks volumes for me <3 |

their lyrics are fantastic, i don't any other bands that can write anything
near kent's lyrics. that band is fucking greatness itself.
also my chemical romance.
they have basically made me the person i am today, they are the first band
i've actually listened to the lyrics to. they will probably always inspire me. |

after the passing of The Rev, i didnt even know what the bands future held. i know that the other band members themselves were WAY more distraught than i but i still felt that i had lost something, as im sure all the other a7x fans did.
that being said, fiction is probably one of the greatest songs ever written. |

Green Day. For being one of the best things that have ever happend to modern rock n roll, and for being there when things were hard.
MCR. For helping me speak up for myself. Because of their music and everyone in the band, I learned that life isn't so bad after all. That life is worth living. |

When I was going through the shit that happened with my brother, I always listened to them, and knowing that Mikey and Gerard went through the same thing comforted me because I knew we would get through it as well. |

My Chemical Romance.
They have basically made me the person i am today, they are the first band
I've actually listened to the lyrics in. They will probably always inspire me.
It's expressed a million times better than I'd end up wording it
But yeah, these guys have had the biggest impact on my life. When I watch interviews or see pictures of them, I still get butterflies.
I'm more than grateful for what they've made me.
Ps. They're playing here today... I would kill, to be there. |

I love a lot of bands.. but this three bands in specific are the ones I can actually idolize.. every single member, every single song, the ''old'' and the ''new'' stuff.. their interviews, their quotes.. everything.. I live my life because of them.. I'll never be able to describe what they mean to me and what they've done |

Age: 27 Gender: Female Posts: 468 | My Chemical Romance, Mayday Parade, James Taylor, and a couple others. I rely on music a lot. But the ones listed above really saved (and are saving) me. All of it is relatable. Their background, the lyrics. I am so thankful to them and always will be. |
