Its been almost a month since you passed, and I still miss you a bit.
You'll always be close to my heart.
Oh, and their were eleven cars behind the limo/hearse.

Posts: 1280 | December 14th, 2008 at 01:18am These are both from a long long time ago. My aunt was hit by a train in 2006, and Jonathan Larson died in 1996 of a heart attack on the day that his final musical, RENT was opening.
RIP my aunt, Louise. I think about you everyday. Thank you for helping become so much more accepting of gays and lesbians. We all miss you horribly. My mom, Gwen, Grandma, Liz, Molly. Liz loved you so much and I'm so glad that you found each other. No-one could ever EVER guess that you would be gone so soon. We love you and miss you so much, and I hope you know that I still speak to you every night. You are my hero, and you've inspired my love of music, my love for my family, my acceptance and tolerance (which is, I would say, my favorite thing about myself) and you've given my the general happiness you always had about life. I love you, Aunt Louise.
RIP Jonathan Larson. I hope you can look down and see how many people are inspired by your beautiful music. I want you to know that RENT has saved my life so many times. You are and will always be one of my greatest heroes. Your lyrics are so inspiring and I would not be alive without RENT. Thank you so much for all that you've done for your fans. You are amazing. |
