HAI GUISE, OR JUST TEH TALENTED WUNZ:
Okay, so Dujo is planning on a NEW LAYOUT! for INO. I mean, a new default layout. You have to admit that the one we have now isn't very good-looking.
As such a HUGE site for MCR fans, etc. we really should have a site that looks more gorgeous.
I offered to help out, but see, I thought I'd rather look here, where you lot are not only talented individually but can blow minds with your combined skills.
What I need is for you guys to make me a header, placed on a background color/pattern of your choice, that you could see being our DEFAULT header, etc. for INO. If you'd like to go all-out and do the whole home-page, go ahead. Even if you want to add text and pretend they're links and whatnot.
I want this to be really unique, so step outside the box lol? I want it to be sharp. I know you guys can do it - we need something stunning and colorful.
Frank Iero Fan has a clean, fresh layout that is somewhat outside the box in the sense that it has a nice sized-header, a size people don't always use. There are other more unique ways of doing it but I'm sure you all know those.
What I'll do is pick my favorite, even if its a collaboration, and Dujo and I will talk it over and he'll get in touch with the new "graphic designer" for the site. PM me what you've got, and make sure to include "layout" in the subject of the PM. Send as many as you want.
So plz to be making sum cool layouts for teh INO? D:
Let's blow the other MCR sites out of the water. ^^; |

And how big is it supposed to be?
Anywhere as wide as the original banner to, say...730 px wide. As far as how tall it is, I think the original size is a good starter, and let's say it can't be any taller than...300 pixels, maybe a few more.
Just use good judgment.
The point is that we're looking for innovative designers that can start from scratch, not have to use guidelines. If we gave you a specific box within which to work, we couldn't expect anything great, could we? |

You're right, and that's something you'd work with Dujo for. What you make won't necessarily be the final product; it's to give us an idea of who would fit the project.
I'm sorry if I didn't seem friendly. XDD If it was stupidly small and was stunning, I'd say we could work with you anyway. ^^; |
