I've been listening to the 30 second samples and all I can say is - OMG AMAZING!!!
The Resistance is so catchy, I love it already.
Undisclosed Desires is a bit R&B but thats okay because Muse do it well, it's really grown on me.
Guiding Light is great and I love the solo, I'm sure it will be epic in full.
Unnatural Selection is just amazing.
MK Ultra is just amazing and one of my favourites.
I Belong To You really suprised me, but in a good way!
And finally Exogenesis - mind blowing even on 90 seconds of it.
I can't wait to hear them all in full, but the 30 second samples already sound absolutely amazing.

I mean, I've been thinking it's decent, but not going to beat Order of Symmetry or Absolution for me.
so I saw Muse live at the VMA performance deal.
they actually played a full set for us, though it hasn't shown up online yet.
good show, haven't got another Muse show to compare it with, but they definitely are fantastic live like I'd heard.
Urgh. Where I am, everything's takes awhile to get here. Even The Used's new album that came out on 2nd September still isn't here yet.
So anyway, when it finally gets here, do you guys feel it's worth getting? I mean, is it the kind of album that is refreshing and you wouldn't mind listening to over and over again, or does it kind of die off after a while?

I don't think it's their best album but I think it's a really good album.
it's especially worth it for the three part symphony at the end.
which other songs did they play ian?
and yeah for me it doesn't beat origin of symmetry.

I just bought the Muse's latest abum and it is absolutely brilliant! I think it's their best album to date!

Yeah, it might be because it is new, or just that I've over played OoS, but at the moment it is my favourite album. My favourite song is still Bliss though

New album's awesome. It sorta reminds me of Absolution, which is a good thing. "Unnatural Selection" is my favorite right now, but knowing me that'll change within a matter of days. xD
Has anyone seen this yet? It's even more epic than the "New Born" mime:

I say the album is just amazing. No disappointment from Muse.
I was looking up the songs & ran into what people were thinking of what the songs meant...so felt like traveling that to the thread. I've been hearing a fair amount people thinking Uprising is a political song.
Your thoughts?
