The Mp3 are the reason it cant be shipped to NZ

So this is what i just sent

I'm writing on behalf of many New Zealanders and probably other people from other countries too. While trying to pre-order 'The Black Parade Is Dead!' I was unable to because the MP3s couldn't be sent. You see MP3s don't need to be sent so we were all wondering why it isn't working? It should, should it not? If not then the remove button should work but that doesn't either. This has left me and many other people disappointed as we cannot pre-order and on the purchases on offer. We were wondering if you could fix this problem so we are able to pre-order it because we would SO very much like to pre-order it, especially the special edition.
