Hi, I am writing this email in regards to The Black Parade Is Dead!, the new My Chemical Romance DVD. I have been so excited about it and was looking forward to being able to pre-order it all day. However, when I tried to, the site said it was unable to ship to New because of the three mp3’s included with both the Special Edition and the regular DVD. There is a ‘Remove’ button, but that doesn’t work. What I’m puzzled by is the fact that mp3’s are in digital format- so why would they need to be shipped, or inhibit the shipping of another item to a certain place? I am very disappointed that I can’t pre-order as the Special Editions will probably all be gone by the time I will get to buy it. So please, please, can you change this and make it possible for me and all the other My Chemical Romance fans in New Zealand to pre-order this incredible DVD? Kind Regards, Jojo
