I had a couple. I snuck out of the classroom to feed it once in a while, and I always felt so guilty because it was against the rules to bring them to school xD |

they were so cool
at my school there was a unoffical tamagotchi club and i was part of it - one of the creators.
we would spend our lunch recesses just playing and getting married to other tamagotchis.
i had like 5.
jesus, i was obsessed.
OH and the pricipal had to ban them from school because of kids (me and the club) connecting with eachother during class.
they're still banned. xD |

Age: 37 Gender: Female Posts: 1725 | September 28th, 2008 at 04:40am OMG, Tamagotchis... I had like, eight of them at one stage.
I had:
an original Tamagotchi (alien thingee)
a 'My Baby' (which, instead of growing a year every day, grew 3 months every day, and when it turned 4, it had a birthday party and went off to school and you started again with a newborn)
an Octopet (8 different animals in one)
a couple of Digi-Pets (a kitten and a mermaid)
a couple more Tamagotchis (original ones, they're now 'vintage' and supposedly really rare)
and my absolute favourite, a 'My Family', which had a mommy, daddy and baby, and you could alternate which one you looked after at any time, you could name them and the tasks were awesome... like, you had to wake the mum up if she fell asleep while doing housework, and the dad could fall asleep at his desk at work hahaha, it was sooo awesome. I'd absolutely kill for another one of those in good working condition, so if anybody has one lying around... let me know.
I remember our principal banning them in school because us girls were always digging in our pencilcases, feeding them and playing with them during class hahah
They were so awesome. |
