It was my first real stab at acrilic, needless to say it sucked at the beguining: I was the one who struggled the most. It was only in the last week were everything went right and I shot ahead. I'm happy to say I like it enough to hang it on my wall...there are things I don't like about it, but I take it all instride. It shows the steps I've taken to be where I am now.

The Maiden Pair ~ What I wore the first day of High School Now out of commission due to rip and paint flakeage, but you get the idea. Second Pair ~ Now of of comission cause I out grew them Third Pair ~ What I wore the first day of Sophomore Year, still in comission.

Thinking Happy Thoughts Age: 39 Gender: Female Posts: 574	July 21st, 2008 at 01:29am Swing Life Away.: Solitary Style.: Undying Love http://i209.photobucket.com/albums/bb2/selkis13/undyinglove.jpg Something I love about this painting, is that colour in the sky, The colours contrast well, and I think it would be a sweet idea to try and do thing painting again, with a midnight, dark sky. It would totally change to mood and atmosphere of the piece. I also really like repetition in the tree's. Thats also something I noticed in the painting of the sea - each of the objects or similar objects are painted in the same style. I think its really nice they way you've done both pieces! Great work! Thanks; you're very kind. It's funny, you don't get that kind of personal analysis on DeviantArt. Maybe I'll post some more here...

When she got it, she choked up. I was told that her son cried when he saw it. I guess that means I've done my job. I'm afraid the photo quality isn't the best, but I think I need a new digital camera... I loved the paintings of Toro and Gee, btw.

If their ugliness are giving you a headache - ask me to remove them. xD "Waking up in the Morgue" Old pic of a young vampire girl, I kinda overworked and ruined it, I'm not very happy with it, especially not the nose... In The Murder Scene Age: 36 Gender: Female Posts: 20564	August 9th, 2008 at 02:06pm I just finished this; it's the first thing I've actually finished since...I don't know...a year or more ago. So it's a little shabby, plus I am not sure if it fits under painting or drawing so I'm going to post it under both. The text is from Coldplay's "Lovers in Japan." I made it for my boyfriend. This is the full image, followed by details, if you even want to see it. That's apparently Osaka at the bottom, even though it's not near any way-too-freaking-huge-for-life mountains that I know of. Then the little house on the mountaintop, and the text. ^^;
