I remember my first concert ever was Green Day, when I turned eleven.
It was the best present, ever.
Even though I don't like them anymore, that was truly the best concert I've been to.
They have an outstanding stage presence.
Too bad they do the same thing at every gig. : [

I went with my sister, our friend, and my parents. My parents stayed right at the very back and sat in some trees most of the day to keep cool.
Me, my sister and our friend were down the very front until 3pm, when we just HAD to get out.
We were so hot it was unreal..I'd never been that hot before in my life.
We ended up sitting on the hill, sort of half way down. Had a great view, but I wished I was closer.
The heat was too much to bear though. I almost passed out, and I was in so much pain because I was sunburnt from head to toe.
The tops of my ears and even my SCALP was burnt!!
Nasty, but the best day of my life =)

I watched bullet in a bible again yesterday.
It gives me ghosebumps (sp) , but in a VERY good way.

I didnt get there until after Hard fi had gone so just before Taking Back Sunday and after they had finished I got to be a few rows from the second barrier!! but just before Green Day start all the tall people stood infront of me so we moved back to the bottom of the hill floor bit by the middle tower thing!! I had a rather good view!!

You're lucky you got there so late - I wish we'd gotten there later!
We arrived at 12pm. We had to wait around for ages in the massive queues for the gates to open, and being wedged in thousonds of people in that heat was NOT fun!

lol! well we still had to push to get through the crowds and plus it doesnt help when your shoulders are sunburnt and you have a bag on them that was painfull!! but i've had worse sunburns in my time!! I think I got there around 4-5ish. my dad got us lost trying to find somewhere to park lol!!

Tell me about it! I've never had worse sunburn than that. I don't think it's even possible too. I was applying sun-cream as well!!!
Next Sunday, me and my sister are going to watch BIAB and I'm going to wear my Green Day t-shirt...as it'll be 1 year since we saw them, and we feel the need to celebrate it!
