Annika. Motor Baby Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 930 | This is my attempt for a comeback or something in that direction. I haven't written anything in ages, so sorry for the lack of originality, and everything else. I'll post some of my old poems, and new ones. |
Annika. Motor Baby Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 930 | Storming Trees Colors dance trough the skies making love to the sun, moon and stars. Slowly, and deeply I fall asleep ; dreaming me to the trees that waltz in the wind. With no leaves they are smashed together, and bound by their roots forever. Hands seek to grasp onto each other as words scream at the eyes, lips, and ears. Careless, and loveless I wander into the nothingness where the trees are reborn. Standing in their own solitude, remembering the storms that united their roots, and blew the sun away forever. |

Annika. Motor Baby Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 930 | I don't have the time to start writing again, but some of these days I'll pick up the old rusty pen. (; About the poem, it's not one of my greatest, but I just wanted to keep some creativity flowing. I Steal Sunbeams. Those narrowed streets of hoodlums, and memories were filled with stars that I stole. In the pitch black night, I pushed my rusty, old wheel barrow to the shore. The waves smashing against the rocks I could compare with a beauty of a symphony As I stand counting sand corns around my feet, I catch a glance of a sunbeam, the first one of this newborn day ; it warms my skin, and silences my mind. Instantly my heart drops from my chest down onto the cold wet sand ; I am in love. Like the butterfly wing I stole yesterday, I steal this beam of the sun. This narrow street with dreams, and colored concrete is going to be filled with sunbeams. |
