Dash Note

Well, I was a little surprised and mad when I logged in and saw the new rules. I think I have officially lost some of my more meaningful poetry...

The name comes from my writing journal. Fans of death note know what the book looks like. Now if you just make it scarlet, smaller, and with gold lettering that says "Dash Note" you get pretty close to how my current writing book looks.
Ah, bless the novelty of living near a huge Asian version of Wal-mart...

I tend to write in four part rhymes. I blame my short attention span. Occasionally I'll have a longer poem on here though that won't have been created by my ingenious method of pasting like four-liners together.

I also tend to write song lyric fragments that suit my moods. They aren't my work, they're the property of whatever band created them. DON'T SUE THE POOR WHITE GIRL!

Mm, I do enjoy the flow the whole work has.

I'm here screaming that I'm a Fake

MEDS Under The Psychiatry Beds

The Shrink's paid off so they can get the dirt

On every little thing that'll make me hurt

And well it won't work cause I don't care;

I can get my medication anywhere!



Insomnia and Theo-phobia

Insomnia causes nightmares

So I don't wanna rest my head

I'm also much too afraid of

The Angels glowing over my bed.



(Fire and Brimstone ain't the prettiest way to go,

but waiting for natural causes is way too slow!)
