t'lema Salute You in Your Grave ![]() Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2109 | Best to start as we hope to continue: Days all disappear here Without your arms embracing me Without the comfort of your art Blurring together My wings won't unfold The petty pace of day to day Seems unreal, the senses dulled Filling my head with noise to fill the void Reaching out Our fingers touch, feather light The days were getting shorter Night staved off with your soft luminescence An ozone of alone, but a beacon of hope just outside Distance is nothing We are all. |

Both of these are old by the way, I never write this fast. Spitfire Nobody knows when the sands will stop flowing When the sound of wings will come And we’ll leave the land of dreaming forever And enter Death’s domain. You left without me. Like I’d lost part of my foundation, I cried till I drowned my world, And saw you reflected back at me In my words, my beliefs, my actions. The wings came, but some of you stayed. In my dreams and in my life, and always in the sky. |
