The stripped version of Cemetery Drive is on thsi site. http://www.theimmortalityproject.com/frontpage.html
Go to fansite, downloads, audio, then click continue, then click stripped songs. Click Cemetery drive, and when it pops up..click open, not save...it goes much faster.
You can hear all of Gerards whipsers. And here, is what he's saying...

I've listened to "hang 'em high" backwards. He says a bunch of crazy stuff like
"I slung you" and "Ow my arm" it's really funny.
it sounds German too.

I just listened to it backwards... and listened closely, and I actually heard that!

i doubt it. i mean, people think that because of all that whispering that goes on n the background, but in reality, i think its just a really cool aspect that everyone on here goes crazy aabout (including me Smile)

and the whispering that goes on does send a cool message (for example "singing songs that make you slit your wrists..." in the bkgd you could hear "dont do it"Wink, but its not exactly subliminal, right? i could be wrong. hey maybe it is. try playing the song backwards, somebody? theres this website where you can do that.

(oooo is that an old episode of STEVENS U.R.S.? its the MY chem one!!!!!!)

They say do it, do it, do it, do it

I saw a website that played one of their songs backwards.
It sounded like it was in German, i cranked the volume up and listened to it and my mum was like "Layla, what are you listening to?" and i just told her it was a German song and she believed me. But i don't think their are any evil subliminal messages although in Hang Em' High you can hear Gerard mumble something when they start singing "She won't stop me put it down." Just listen real carefully.

I know this sounds horrible, but I never heard the "kiss the bride" part in To The End until I cranked it up. I'm friggin' deaf, I swear.

I've heard the "Kiss the bride" once or twice, but only when I listen really closely.

But it's so funny when you play Hang 'em high backwards.
"Ow my arm, ow my arm, I slung you, dirk bush, ow my arm"
XD

Well when I was in Psych 1 my freshman year of college, it seemed like the only subliminal messages we could find on songs (playing them backwards or otherwise) were completely suggestable. Like if you play the chorus of Bruce Springsteen's "Born in the USA" backwards you can hear "The moose is eating stars." But I didn't make the connection until Prof. Tatro suggested it. And I've played a few MCR songs backwards and I haven't heard a thing. I've also taken a couple songs (basically singles like I'm Not Okay and Vampires Will Never Hurt You) and spilt them on the music program on my computer and haven't heard any underlying tracks.
