Definitely and confirmed means that it is absolute and has been verified. You may be right and probably are (also I hope it is a boy) -- but it is a retwit that Mikey didn't comment on as of yet and no announcement has been made. As such, it is neither definite or confirmed. Just wonderful and probable speculation.
