Trapped:

He’s behind bars
Wondering what will happen tomorrow
If he’ll ever see his family again
Wondering how things with his dead brother went
Wanting to know who kill his brother and also best friend
Feeling anxious to get out from between the bars
Seeing everything pass him by behind a metal door
Looking for his taken freedom
The freedom he so much deserves
The one he might not ever get back
…if he’s found guilty
The freedom his father’s family wants to take from him.
All he wanted was to find his way in life
Sure he got distracted and taken down the wrong path,
Maybe
But that shouldn't’t justify his being
That should just justify what he wouldn't’t be able to do
He loves the memories of his brother when he was alive
All of the moments they shared while growing up
Ever since they both came out of their mother’s womb,
Where they were both stuck together until born
Even if they didn't’t want to
The true meaning of siblings and best friends for life
He doesn't’t know that his friends are there for him
No matter what happens…
We’re here for you…..

You Saw Her:

Millions of times she wished to be visible
She asked to be seen
And out of the shadows
She saw life pass her by.
Until you
When you came along,
She decided to step out of her shadow bubble,
And you saw her
You saw the girl
You saw inside of her
You saw her pain,
And you saw her joy
You saw what no one had dared to see
You looked at how beautiful she could be
You saw the beauty no one else did
You never told her what that beauty was,
Or how deep it was, but you saw it
That’s all that mattered to her
And now that you’re gone,
She’s wondering if it was her fault
If she was the reason why your existence vanished
Now she’s back to the dark shadows that torment her,
But she will never forget that boy who saw her
The one who wanted her
The boy who’s name made her smile
And made her heart skip a beat.
The one boy who could’ve changed her life,
All because your life was taken
Never to be restored again.
She'll miss you in her dreams...
her mind...
and with all her being...
