At this point everything can be! You know, ACC had first said he had his arm on a a sling. Only later he talked about needing to lose it. If we go by the theory that the videos are behind on the story compared to the Twitter accounts... Really, I've always just thought Frank was behind ACC's account most of time (sounded like him to me), not that he was exactly related to the character. Frank being ACC doesn't make enough sense to me for many reasons. But right now I'll wait before I discard the possibility again!
