okay, if I can lose 2lbs a week, I'll be under 200lbs by Father's Day, which I usually have breakfast with my dad, so that's like an important date.
but, if I want to reach my goal of losing 50lbs by my birthday, that's only 1.5lbs a week. which is definitely doable
if I can just stop doing the thing where I eat the food I don't need to be eating.

I really just need to give up chocolate and sweets in general

I am so tired of this. I spent the past three hours debating on whether or not it'd be worth it to go to the store to buy a specific dessert that might be there, but would definitely be more than I need to consume and would probably invite a binge.
like, actual energy wasted on this decision. I wish I wasn't like this.
