This video is beautiful and fits the song. For those of you comparing it to an AFI video or any other...they do not own winter nor snow. It's too bad that AFI sounds and looks like every other band out there. A little black eye liner here and there...boom you have a sad goth attempt on your hands.

Davey uses glittery pink and orange eyeshadow, baby blue, yellow, any color you can name, except black. He used to.
And OMG so goth. They've written songs about Key Lime Pie, about cereal, football, all sorts of stuff. I'd call Evanescence more of a sad goth attempt. At least Davey doesn't drown himself. He gets killed by some creepy ice girl.
And of course they don't own winter. but go watch LLW, and see how similar it is.

Posts: 31690 | January 12th, 2007 at 10:28pm Stay after the show, if you can. The band often comes out, and if you're patient, you'll get to meet them. I can't give you much else, since I've only been to AFI concerts, but expect to be squished, and expect to get kicked in the head by crowdsurfers. I don't know if that's typical concert stuff, or what. Expect everyone to be wearing AFI shirts. I guess it's uncool in most situations, but everyone does it at AFI concerts. Expect for Davey to try and crowdwalk during God Called In Sick Today, though often times he gets dropped.
Expect an amazing show. You'll get one. |
