When she talks it seems like all that bubbly-ness is a put on but he seems genuinely interested like a real fan when he's asking the questions. I think she's only halfway listening anyway. If you'll notice she repeats back to them the tale-end of what they say a lot and that's something people do when they're not really paying attention but they want to look like they are. And she laughs and giggles at stuff when she doesn't even really get it and doesn't know what they're talking about. I think she's just trying to look cute in front of the guys. Especially since as they're going to commercial after the spitting contest you hear her tell Frank "You're so cute".

And she was pulling Frank towards the spider and it was obvious he didn't want to be near it though it was obvious the only reason she did that was because she clearly had the hots for him and wanted an excuse to grab him.
