Okay, guys, this thread isn't for confessing your phobias. If it isn't used properly, I'll have to lock it.

My fiancee has signs of this and a medium case.
Carry round disinfectent with you.
It helps her.
Just don't over use it.

Phobias can get out of hand.
I have a phobia of crowds and being in a large group of people, but it's getting better over time, so I don't freak out as much as I used to.
I also have a phobia of spiders.
There was a spider in my laundry basket one time and I kept my distance from it because I thought it would attack me if I came too close to it.

Phobias can get out of hand. The first time a band played at my high school, it was in a enclosed place, so there were lots of people there, and I started freaking out, but my friends helped me through it, so I stayed and watched everyone. Now it's better, but sometimes I still freak out, but not as often as I used to. When I'm around people I don't know, I get nervous and my throat closes up so I can't talk and I get sweaty everywhere. It's been getting better but I have to be distracted in order to not think about it, that's all.

You know...I don't even see why this thread is here. All that happens is people keep talking about their phobias, and that isn't a discussion. The only type of thread this could even BE is a support thread, and it wouldn't belong here, and it's already too far gone so I am removing it.
