23 year old pop singer, famous for puking in Paris Hilton's closet at a party in a drunken stupor and for being a cultural stereotype for American teens. Wakes up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy. Hit singles "Tik Tok" and "Blah Blah Blah" have swept America (don't know how it is overseas) like a mosquito; pesky but omnipresent. edit;; A few clicks to Wikipedia brought me to the attention that Tik Tok achieved a #1 chart position in not only America, but Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, and Norway, and enjoyed top 3 or better in Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, and the U.K.
What's your take? Embarrassment to music, or tolerable listening?
Me, personally, I absolutely abhorred her at first but then I listened to the rest of her album... she has one or two decent songs. Animal is nice. Take it Off is nasty... but fun as hell to dance to.

I love her, her albums pretty good. Some people might see her as a joke because she doesnt take her songs so seriously but i really like that about her tbh xD
Her music's okay, but I can't stand her as a person. I said that about Lady Gaga, but... yeah.
I can't stand her as a person. She's like a 12 year old girl with the way she acts sometimes. idg how she comes out of nowhere and slagging various artists (who, may i add, are legendary compared to her) that have never said one bad thing about her just because she feels like it. It's like she's an irl troll. She trash talks and then makes these half-assed "apology" statements that look more stupid and fake than sincere.

i quite like her, she kind of annoyed me when she first came out but she's got some really catchy tunes, i love 'blah, blah, blah' (:

Yeah she seems like an awful person. It's hard to take her seriously but when you don't, or you ignore the fact that she's terrible, her music is alright.

Can I just say: I love her.
And I see no problem with her being who she is or voicing her opinions. If you don't like her, then why would you waste your time posting in a thread about her? :/
Some of her songs are quite catchy. She's a definite guilty pleasure. (:
I'm currently listening to Take it Off. <3
So provocative and dirty but it makes me smile.
Her music: horrendously catchy and brilliant to listen to in the summer.
Her personality: She just seems like she's trying too hard to be "rock and roll". It just makes her look like an arsehole and a bit of a joke.
I also don't think much of her vocals live.
But I do love her album!

I'm not too fond of her, but I can't help laughing at "I like your beard" at the end of Your Love Is My Drug. XD
Her songs are kind of catchy, but I think they'd be even better if she didn't have a drunken slur...

I don't even listen to Kesha or even know what she sounds like, but I had a dream about her last night. Just thought I'd share.
hmm I didn't like her at first. she seemed er. like another britney spears. but she won me over with her song take it off. i like only like some of her songs. I went to see her live, and OMG her fans are crazy. lmao they were crowdsurfing and there was even a mosh pit. she herself is pretty wild. XD but her music is great to dance to and sing to.
