People these days are a little more mature - instead they just tell me I have terrible music taste. In a way that upsets me more than all the emo gags...especially when said people like Rhianna and Katy Perry and the latest skank to come out of the mass-produced pop factory with synthetic songs and a terrible message to the world... |

I went to an all girls highschool and one girl called me a freak..didn't bother me.
One girl in a car passing me did like a wrist cutting motion...I flipped her the bird and yelled "F*ck You!"..I wasnt even wearing a My Chem tee, I was wearing and U2 one..lol |

I have been called goth, freak, cutter, mosher, screamo freak, the list goes on, but somehow, no one has ever called me emo. The worst thing is that last year was sixth grade, and I was only 11. The same thing is happening to another sixth grader this year, and I seem to be the only person that sticks up for her. It's really quite sad to watch. |

My mother even likes them (well, she adores The Black Parade). Maybe this is also, because most of the people I know, don't know that I listen to them, most of them even don't know them (what is kind of sad on the other hand). |
