Voices

Here's my poem:

They say you want to hurt me
They say they want you dead
They tell me not to trust you
These voices in my head

They tell me I’m a fuckup
They tell me I’m insane
But I sure can’t live without them
These voices in my brain

Now as I lay here dying
Blood pooling round my arm
They stage-whisper in my ear
You never meant me harm

So always check above you
And always check behind
‘Cuz I don’t think they’re done with us
These voices in my mind.

i look around what do i see?
i feel pain i see voices and i hear color.
when you look at me what do you see?
you see someone that looks normal on the outside but on the insdie dont let it fool you. i may be crazy i may be insane but sometimes being insane is all i have

I need to write more poetry. I had a whole hard drive full of dark, depressing, wonderfully psychotic shit, and lost the whole thing. I don't think I've written a stanza since early high school. D=
