So today when I opened my mail box I came face to face with Jay Z on the cover of Entertainment Weekly. "Ewwwww...." I said, but then I noticed one of the titles on the cover. The 25 Must Have Albums, Fall Music Preview. Knowing full well that MCR was coming out with a new album, I checked it out. And MCR's The Black Parade was rated in at Number 2 in the countdown(infront of the Killers and right behind Jay-Z). It spoke highly of the album, and said "The results are by turns morbid and triumphant, with hints of sea shanties, Broadway...and a little Bon Jovi (hey, they're from Jersey)." It also came with a killer sweet photo. Satisfied, I decided to flip through the whole magazine. On page 24 I was greeted by a huge photo of Gerard, and some guy wearing a red version of his "uniform". It was basically a break down of his outfit, and at the top it said that marching uniforms are the latest trend. Maybe next year we'll see J.Lo, Christina Aguilera, and Justin Timberlake walking down the red carpet wearing their versions of the outfit... |
