My friend was banned! Why?

They will know why and tell you and you two can despair, at which point they are welcome to send an email to support@imnotokay.net and ask for a review of their case. Do not expect everyone who does this to be forgiven. 2. They will not know why and they will tell you so. Urge them to send an email to support@imnotokay.net to ask what's up and, if they choose, to ask for a review of their case. 3. They will tell you they don't know why, and it will be a lie. They can still email support@imnotokay.net and ask for a review, but you should be aware that if they email us and still aren't telling you, they don't want you to know. There are times when more than one user is banned at a time. We do ban people often, but you don't notice that because they aren't your friends or aren't very active users. That's fine. We're sorry you lost a buddy to chat with on the boards, but believe us, we want as much traffic here and as many people as possible so it is NOT our fault. Yes, there are groups that are banned sometimes when things get out of hand. I know most of you veterans can think of a few wars we've had in the past. Bucking against our reasoning is not a good way to have us hear you, and flooding the Q&A threads is also a terrible way. In fact, if you were not banned, we probably won't listen much to you. Here's why. Other's people's business here is private. If a user is banned, we can't always share that information with you. It's up to the banned user to decide if they'd like to pursue it. We're reasonable people here. So if you have any questions about your friends being barred from INO, ask them, and they can ask us. All communications about banning should be made solely between the admins and the banned users themselves. Sorry if this was lengthy. Just trying to be as informative as possible.
