And perhaps the best day of my senior year. Okay so one of the teachers at my school is friends with either their manager or someone that works with them. So, they were going to michigan on thurs., so they agreed to stop by my school and play a austitic [sp?] set. [in ohio]
So, on thurs. all of the music students got to have an interview sort of thing with them in the auditorium [sp?, i cant spell, lol] . The guys were purty funny, but they did say some good stuff. Seem like really nice down to earth guys.
Then our whole school got to watch them do a few songs aucustic [sp]. They did really good. And afterward everyone else headed to the merch table/where you could meet them, but me and my two friends [me leading, yes i'm a stalker] headed backstage. Since it's my school, i finally knew my way around somewhere. lol. So, we got to the back of the stage and all the guys were there, and other ppl that had the same idea as us. Anywho, we got pix with all of them, they were really nice...and purty hott in person, lol. I like the lead guitar player [justin].
I picked up their cd last night at best buy [cause i didnt bring any money thurs. at school]...so far i really like it. My favorite songs so far are 'take a drink' and 'maybe misery'. And ofcourse 'time after time' although that's not theirs, but it's an okay cover. Good band. Def. would like to see them/meet them again!
