Bronte Kinder:
Speaking of red hair in pigtails, did you guys see the two girls dressed up as cheerleaders? Someone was saying they showed up without tickets.

When we were "nonchalantly" stalking the boys in the buses in the parking lot, they went up to Jacob and was saying something to him.

Sure enough, when the concert started, they were in front of the pit, at the barricade. LOL

lol I went to the Columbus and both Philly shows and they were there at the very front for all of them too. I have a feeling they went to a lot of the shows.

i was there!!!!

since the parking lot was right next to the buses, some security guards let us sit in our cars. my sister held our spot in line, and my mom and i were sitting in the car because we were cold. we saw Frank, Gerard, Mikey, and Ray walk out of the bus.... and Bob was already out there. i wasn't stalking them, i was just watching. a few hours later, some guy said everybody in their car had to go back in the line, so my mom went to the halo bar and me and my sister went to the line. we met some people and talked to them... they were funny.

during Billy Talent, my mom passed out in the pit, so we had to leave. i was going to stay in the pit because i just got to the side of the stage i wanted to be (which was Frank's side because i got Ray's last time) but oh well...

and yes, those girls with pink hair in pigtails dressed like cheerleaders did show up without tickets. they came around the line (when i was in the line) asking if any body had any they didn't need. every body just kind of looked at them lol.

also... my mom was going to go to the store and she had to go to her car, and she saw Bob and she asked him if he or anyone else needed anything from the store. he said no thank you.

One half of said cheerleaders here, feeling a strange urge to defend herself.

Geographically located as where we are, once bought we had to have our gig tickets sent to our hotel in St Louis and they had in fact arrived there nicely way before the actual gig date. Once we ourselves arrived, however, we were told that the hotel staff had through some unfathomable events lost the tickets. Thus, technically we did arrive without tickets, panicking slightly and trying to get the word around in the hopes of someone having spare ones for this sold out event. It all turned out well in the end: two hours before doors our tickets were found at the hotel. Us being at the front at the gig, on the other hand, was due to us being numbers three and four in the over-21 line, having queued from the night before like the total idiots we are, and running as you do when the doors were opened - not due to any kind of nepotism, favoritism or any of your other isms. So there, I hope I haven't come off as an aggressive weirdo and sorry to waste space on, at the end of the day, silly drivel such as this. Very Happy Hopefully everyone had a great time at the actual gig, I quite enjoyed the venue and the band was interactive with each other which is always nice to witness.

oh that's very good you found your tickets. when i got in there and found my mom, you guys were near us at the begining and i was wondering how you two got in.

i was trying to get front row, or near the front, but i had to leave. thankfully i got front at the last show i was at...

i'm sorry if you felt like i was being rude up there, i just saw that somebody was wondering if you showed up without tickets. i was just stating my point of view.

I took my 13 year old daughter to the show. It was her first concert, and my first MCR show. I had just as much fun as she did. We started pretty close to the stage for Drive By, but I'm not as young as I used to be, and didn't feel like fighting the "wave" of people for two sets, so my daughter and I moved toward the back. Even there, we could see really well and enjoyed every moment of musical bliss!!!!

Hey there. My friends and I were curious who ya'll were as we saw ya'll at all the shows we attended. I was just wondering were ya'll the two girls Gerard mentioned in St. Louis as attending all the shows on the tour?

Even though I had an amazing time at each of the shows for different reasons, I think this was the most solid and interactive and just blow me away MCR show I've ever saw.

We're just a couple of dorks from Finland. : D Gerard wasn't referring to us with that line (although he did mention at some point seeing familiar faces in the crowd, we took the shameless liberty to assume we were one of those faces). I suspect he meant this nice mother/daughter team who to my knowledge did all of the shows. : )

This was a good show, yup, but I think I preferred the first Philadelphia and Madison Square Garden for the intensity and utter madness. The Philadelphia one reminded me of Scottish gigs which are always exhaustingly amazing just because the crowd over there is so insane. The crowd in Philly was frantic and I just looked at my friend at the start of the gig and we both knew it was going to be a really good show. MCR are one of those bands that react to and feed on the crowd's energy, an intense crowd will almost guarantee an intense, good gig.

Wow, I never thought I'd meet or talk to anyone who went to that concert. My friend and I went together. We were the two girls wearing the bright lime green Keep the Faith t-shirts with the painted lyrics all over them. We were standing on the next level up from the pit, one line behind the rail. It was so amazing. When the concert started, my friend and I were glad we had decided not to go down into the pit. We were basically eye level with the band and still had a great view, so we couldn't have been happier. My friend kept eye contact with Mikey pretty much the whole time, except for when he went and played by Ray for that short time.

My friend wore a blue boa to the show and threw it down into the mosh, yelling for people to throw it forward, but some girl grabbed it and wore it. My friend and I were a little peeved about that, but we were okay in the end. It was funny when the girl towards the front of the mosh threw her pink boa on stage and Gerard kind of like flipped out and acted all excited about it, then picked it up and just put it down again.

When Gerard was talking about his "flower" I'm pretty positive he was referring to his penis looking like a flower. He said (pointing and looking at Frank) "He's seen it; he thinks it looks like a flower." That was absolutely hilarious.

Also, when he was singing and tried to let the crowd sing "You're beautiful!" I know I wasn't the only one, but only a few people (including myself) said it then Gerard mouthed "Thank you." I know someone's already said this, but it was so amazing that it deserved to be said again.

Whoever said Frank left halfway through is mistaken, I'm quite sure, because I distinctly remember him tossing out water bottles after Helena, which was their last song.

My friend and I brought Keep the Faith 2 to them in a binder and were holding it up all during the show. Gerard kept looking at it and smiling. It was so amazing. My heart felt so full and happy. My friend and I kept yelling "Keep the Faith" whenever a quite moment came up.

It was amazing when Gerard was getting ready to sing the song that's about him addicted to cocaine and he told the audience that that's what the song was about before they played it and they started cheering, then he goes "And that's NOT a good thing!" Then everyone kind of got quiet. I didn't cheer and my friend and I kind of laughed when everyone stopped.

After the show, we, as quickly as possible, talked to one of the workers in the blue shirts and told them all about Keep the Faith and we lied to them and said that the band knew we were bringing it and they said to give it to one of the workers. We told him that we'd talked to them on myspace. He took it backstage and we waited. Then he came out and said that he'd given it to their manager who was going to give it to them. I was so happy! Then we rushed outside to get in line for the singing. We figured we could buy merch afterwards.

We waited in the line next to the building for a few minutes, but then the security people said to get against the fence, so we did. Remember we were the girls with the bright lime green Keep the Faith t-shirts on. I never saw Frank come out, which disappoints me because I was totally THERE! But maybe that was before we were able to get outside? We got out there like fifteen minutes after the concert ended. Was that too late to see Frank?

I heard people saying that Ray was under the truck, but I looked and didn't see him, but later I did see him walking beside the semi. My friend and I edged off the fence to be able to see him and were screaming "Keep the Faith," to him. Then the security people said no one was coming out, but we still waited. Finally, we crowded around their tour bus and were looking in the window of it. This little girl, probably six years old, was on the bus and she had been standing right next to us with her mom or older sister through the entire show. It really pissed me off. It's like, just cuz she's a little girl she gets to meet the band. Maybe there was some other reason why she got to meet them, but if not, that does piss me off. Sorry if that offends someone.

Then their bus pulled away and we chased it on foot all the way around the block. I tried to go into the merch store, but the person right before me was the last person allowed in. It sucked cuz I had so much money saved up for it, but oh well.

Bob walked right past me before the concert started. I saw him and was all whispering to my friend "Look, there's Bob!" He was literally three feet from me, but I didn't want to draw attention to him, so I didn't say anything. Then like forty-five seconds later, all these little teenies (no offence if you were one of those) running after him screaming in their high pitched voices "Booobbbbbb, OH MY GOD, BOOOOOBBBBB!" I told my friend to go and see if she could find him because she could give him Keep the Faith, but she did and couldn't find him.

Some girl came back and said that Bob blew her and her friends a kiss and then went around the corner.

It was so cool when Bob came out and played for Drive By. I screamed so hard. I think I screamed the hardest when Gerard walked out though. I was absolutely in awe.

It was funny on the song that Gerard sang by himself and Ray and someone else played behind the drum set where you couldn't see them. Before Ray went behind the drum set, he was over by the piano and then he was trying to sneak behind the drums and he looked so funny trying to creep behind there. Like he's not obvious lol. His fro was HUGE and so lonnng. :cheese:

The concert was just so amazing. I loved when Gerard was all "I like Karate!"

Billy Talent was freaking incredible. The lead singer was all "We're from Canada. Can-a-duh. Cana-duh!" and "We went golfing and had a great time! I SUCK at golf!" Then someone screamed "hockey" and he goes "Did you say we're good at hockey? Yeah, that's Canadians!" I laughed!

Gah there's so much to remember!

My friend and I got interviewed by this woman walking around with a camera while we were waiting in line before the show who was a journalist for Waterside or Riverside newspaper of St. Louis or something like that. It was pretty cool. We told her about Keep the Faith. She had a round sticker stuck to her pants. Anyone else see her?

Did anyone see us there? Bright lime green Keep the Faith shirts. Two girls screaming Keep the Faith and holding up a binder?

Edit;
I distinctly remember them playing Thank You for the Venom. I remember singing "Hallelujah, lock and load."

Sorry dear. They didn't play Venom that night. They played it two nights later in Philly but not then.
