The Face in the window

There's a face in the window
but noo one else can see
there's not but a shadow
if what she used to be

I knew her once before
but she's only a memory
now she looks tattered and torn
so scared but only i can see

Why does she stand there
out in the rain and cold

with her blank cold stair
she starts to tare
at the heart of me

She looks familier
but how could it be
that the face in the window
that face is me?
