Theres never any concerts in my area
but when their is one, my mom is too lazy to take me
'cause its atleast an hour to two hour drive. :[

Well, it depends on your preference.
I know a few people who kick ass using Paint and I know some others use something I've never heard of...
I use photoshop, you can get it anywhere and it's really easy to learn. ^_^
