Wow, cool! That's great. I hope you've done well so far. I've been a vegetarian for almost a year now. Have you ever thought about it?

That's good. It's one exciting and nice thing amongst all that boredom and horror. It's been okay here. We have 10 more days left! We're having a cook-out this Saturday with some friends. They asked me to bring some veggie meat. :)

Oh, thanks for clearing that up. So what's up?

Oh, it's okay. I meant what type of math do you learn. Is it Algebra or Geometry? Is school almost done for you guys too?

Yeah, same here. Math is a constant struggle. My favorite subject are English and History. I had English last semester, so now I have History. It's so much fun learning about the government. I don't take pyschology. Thay have it here, but I don't really want to take it. I should maybe. What math do you take?

Well, yeah we have prom and homecoming and football games and blah blah blah. I'm not into all of that. We don't have to buy the books at our school. They give them to us for the duration of a course. I'm struggling in math a bit. What math do you take?

That's cool. I live in North Carolina which is close to Georgia and on the east coast. Yeah, we only have to take two courses in the same language. We have exams on them, but nothing too bad. You can take more if you want. We're used to being tested on for forever. I really do hope you come and enjoy your stay. That would be really tough to have to take six!! America is slack! That's why our schools suck.

Oh, okay. That's cool. I wanted to the au pair thing in Germany, but you get paid so little! But it's awesome if you do that. Where are you going to be living, do you know? In my high school, you only need 2 language credits to graduate. Most people just take Spanish 1 and 2. But I want to take all 4 of the German classes.

Well, yeah that's true. Lots of people speak English even if they've never been to the US. It is very useful, but I find it too easy. I like challenges. After I master Russian and German, I'll learn Finnish. German has those extra letters too. The whole cat thing seems a bit complicated, but I like it. Do you take English in school?

  • Fredrick Zoller

Really? Well, thanks. You do too. Finland is one of those countries that interest me too, although I'm more into Russia and Germany. I leanr bits and pieces of Russian online. I want to buy a program that helps me more. I take German in school. It's via an online college class from a different state. Russian is very different than boring old English and Spanish that I know too. What's Finnish like?

Thanks. Mine is long and stupid. It still needs some work. I love Russia, because it's so beautiful. The language and culture interest me, and so does the history. Russia is amazing. I would like to live there someday.
