Hey Eveline... sorry for the year late reply, I made this account nearly ten years ago, forgot about it shortly after, and just stumbled across it by chance. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone named James Phelps. I'm actually not from Birmingham, I'm from outside of it, in a town under the Dudley borough, plus Birmingham has over one million residents. Anyway... thanks for the comment, I guess.
