  You should write in a journal or a diary. Try to think of the positive things in life. Whenever you're really depressed think about all of your good characteristics, instead of the negative. Talk to your friends or someone you can trust to help you get better.

  not really...I've been depressed for as long as I can remember. There are always a bunch of problems in my life like my friends wanting to commit suicide and actually doing it and stuff like that. You need to compare your life with others and realize that yours is so much better.

  I'm a vegeterian too and i also tried to kill myself by suffication is well.
  right now i have no friends but those on INO cause everyone bullies me at school and they hate me cause I'm different. You're not alone!
