My Chemical Romance has announced they will be Co-headlining the Honda Civic Tour this summer playing with Blink-182 and others. The tour will kick off in August and tickets go on sale on June 11th. Check out the dates at Blink182.com for further information regarding artists and locations!

So it says on MTV.com the if you're a member of their fan club a e-mail will be sent with a code for presale tickets. Can I just assume they mean if you're signed up with their website?
