The release date has finally been confirmed for MCR’s long awaited The Black Parade is Dead live album through a blog posed by the bands official MySpace. It reads:
THE BLACK PARADE DIES THIS MONDAY This Monday the 5th, on Cinco De Mayo, you'll be able to pre-order The Black Parade Is Dead!, the new CD/DVD from MCR coming June 24th. It's got two full shows - one from a small club performance at New Jersey's own Maxwell's, and the other from the final performance of The Black Parade in Mexico City. You can also pre-order a limited special edition that comes in a coffin case, plus a mask personally designed by one of the band members, and three songs from the CD that will come right to you after you pre-order! I would love to have the special edition with the coffin box and one of the masks made by hand!!!!!!! But my parents don't let me get it because they don't trust in buying things through the internet!!! :(
