These are the most frenquently asked questions when it comes to login troubleshooting. If you're experiencing some problem and the answer is not among the offered ones, please, send an e-mail at support@imnotokay.net and explain your problem.

I forgot my username (and password)

Send us an e-email at support@imnotokay.net you'll get your username and new password.

My account is inactive

This usually happens when:

  • You have just finished registration and forgot to check your e-mail. In that case, check your inbox and visit a link to get your account activated.
  • You've changed your e-mail address. If that happens, you should receive an e-mail from the administrators. Follow the instructions in the e-mail and your account will be active again.
  • You have just finished registration and forgot to check your e-mail. In that case, check your inbox and visit a link to get your account activated.

I didn't get an activation e-mail

Just send an e-mail at support@imnotokay.net explaining the matter of your problem (changing an e-mail address, registration). You should also add a link to your profile. Also, make sure you use an e-mail address you used on the site.

I'm banned

If you're banned, your account is inactive. In that case, don't make a new account, send an e-mail at support@imnotokay.net and you'll get more information about unbanning.

I don't get an error, but I'm not logged in

Your browser or firewall is blocking the site from setting cookies or you have some cookies that need to be deleted. These are the instructions for the most popular browsers:

  • Internet Explorer: Tools - Internet Options - Delete Cookies... - OK
  • Firefox: Tools - Options - Cookies - View Cookies - Select ImNotOkay.net - Remove Cookies
  • Opera: Tools - Preferences - Advanced - Cookies - Manage cookies... - Select ImNotOkay.net - Delete
  • AOL Browser: Start Internet Explorer and follow the steps above for that browser.
