Wrong again ^_^
Were you referring to me?
Again?
:/
Also, petakillsanimals.com is as bias as peta.com.
Just something you should keep in mind.
When doing research on PETA, people should not use websites designed to bash OR praise the organization. |

Age: 35 Gender: Female Posts: 1067 | September 28th, 2007 at 06:56am Unlike PETA, which takes small incidents and attempts to demonize a world based on it, PKA really focuses on the orginazation. There really arn't whole lot of facts to mess with, because they are very blunt and clear about everything. PETA is also much more propoganda focused and uses that as their main argument. PKA has s small page of propoganda which they post on the site in a seperate section. I concider it much more reliable. PETA has even admitted what PKA says it true in many cases, they just don't care. |

If you would read what I already said, you would see you don't have to tell me PETA is bad.
However, I did not base my opinions on the propaganda of PETA or of an equally biased thing.
If somebody wants to make an informed decision, they should not go to a place such as PKA, because it may even be more biased than PETA itself.
If you don't believe PKA is propaganda, you should probably look up the definition.
Even if you don't want to admit it, PKA is biased and only shows one side of the story. |

Fair arguments arn't, but good luck finding a few of those on major websites
PKA backs itself up very well: quotes, tax returns, newspaper clippings. I don't see what it's problem is. |

Who says major websites (or ANY website) has to be used to create an informed opinion?
"PKA backs itself up very well: quotes, tax returns, newspaper clippings. I don't see what it's problem is"
PETA backs itself up as well.
The problem is it is propaganda and disgustingly biased. A site that biased (I don't care if it's PETA or PKA or ANY other website... or book... or newspaper... or documentory.......) should not be used as a tool for an informed decision.
Is it alright to find the FACTS on the site and use those to support an already existing opinion?
Of course.
Is it fair to use something so biased to create an informed decision?
No. |
