You can dress very provocatively (sp), but you can't ask to be raped. If you did, then, by definition, it would not be rape. It would just be intercourse. Although it may seem like they're 'asking for it' - the victim isn't. No one asks to be raped. However, prostitutes are always going to be a reasonable percentage of rape victims. They're out there, selling themselves in back allies. No one deserves to be raped. But saying that rape victims who wear mini skirts and tight tshirts aren't asking for it. It's like saying all homosexuals who get beaten up are asking for it, that all 'emo kids' who get beaten up are asking for it, and all the Jews were asking to be killed by the Nazies. Simply - you can't ask for rape.

Kids all over the world are putting more and more personal information on the internet and wearing clothes that are meant for people much older than them (girls mostly) thats why men and women are drawn to them. There are so many things now that can help people to be safer and more secure but those things can also lead to soemthing bad. Like cell phones- they are good in case of and emergency but if you give someone your number that you dont really know thye can track you down. Rape can seriously mess with you. My friends joke about it - like if someone gets to close to them they scream rape in a joking way but I wish I could make them understand that its a serious thing. Kids need to be more educated on the subject.
