lol. There wasn't a mascot at my show. Jimmy got his stuffed tiger animal thing when they played animal but that's it. D:

okay. finally my review. so I don't forget and get my nyc date all mixed up.
OKAY. [pssst. this is about to be really long.]
So, my friend, my mom and I drove all the way from Memphis, TN to Sauget, IL which is near St. Louis. When we got there it was the middle-of-fucking-nowhere and the venue was in between two strip clubs and a truck stop-ish gas station. We were like o.o no....way. I got my mom to drive us up to the door and I saw a tour van and we were like okay I guess so. I went inside and asked the lady and she said yeah. We saw this dude sitting in front of the bus by the fence thingies and we thought he was one of their poor security dudes they made guard the bus in the 90 degree heat but after another bus [the birthday massacre bus] showed up he moved behind the fence and we found out he was a fan. So me and my bitchy friend who complained the whole time and doesn't even like msi get out of the car and go over to the dude and stand with him and talk for a while. It's about 1:00 and its just us three which is weird compared to every other concert ive been to. More people show up and even though they're kind of creepy my mom and my friend leave me in line and go to the aquarium. Steve comes off a couple of times and doesn't look at us and after a while lyn-z pokes her head out and waves and I wave back. We wait a little longer and nobody comes out and more fans show up so we go to the front door to keep our spots held. We sit around for about 20ish minutes and then I see lynz and gerard walking across the parking lot to the gas station and NOBODY EVEN NOTICES. So I poke my new friend-dude and I'm like freaking out. I'm like THATSSSS LYNZ! ..................and gerard way. *shrug* lol. And he's like are you serious? and I'm like yeah they're married and stuff. Some dudes we left by the buses came over and said that lynz said she would sign when she gets back but no cameras. So me and my friend go over there and wait until they come back and I'm like freaking out. They start walking back and I can't even look at them until they are like right in front of us. lol. Gerard goes immediately back on the bus but thats okay, I expected him too. lynz starts signing and stuff and then she gets to me. I fogot to bring something to sign so I made a piece of notebook paper that said Mindless Self Indulgence on it in the car. She's like 'oh you made me something? oh no you want me to sign it' and I can barely talk so i just go right into it and tell her that shes the only female artist that i actually respece because i think shes very talented. she looks at me and says thanks a bunch of times and it sounds like she really means it and im smiling like an idiot and shes like you should start a band. or something like that. and im like im trying. and she says what do you play and i tell her. then she talks a little bit to the other fans and goes back on the bus.

/part one. rofl theres alot of parts.

so we wait in line for the rest of the hours and finally go inside. one of the opening bands couldnt be there so we wait like an hour or more for the birthday massacre. oh yeah. and earlier while we were waiting for msi we talked to some of the people from TBM but i didnt say much because i didnt really know them very well and i didnt want to disrespect them. i did finally talk to their drummer a bit and he was rad. anyways.

so after an amazing TBM set... msi finally comes out. BAM shut me up! and the party [and shoving begins] now, i know msi is a rough crowd compared to like... any other show but this was insane. i was right at the barricade in front of lynz and it kept almost tipping over. aka WE COULD BE SQUISHED AND TRAMPEDED. yeah. i was fucking scared. the security was also having a hard time pushing the barricade back up. it was scarryyyy. but anyways. lynz sees me and does this heart thing with her hand and i do it back xD and then they play a few songs. and they play 1989 and lynz comes over in front of me and sits on the edge of the stage and starts playing and then the song gets to the end where its like WOOOOO and shes like counting to three and then she screams at that part and she points to me and says something and then she starts counting again so i do it with her and then she keeps playing and then at the end everyone around me has their arm out and i dont usually do that because i think its creepy but i do it this time and she looks at me and then she grabs my hand and puts a pick in it and im like O_______O and i wait a few seconds for the fucking shock to wear off and then i look at my friend and i hold up the pick and im almost crying but i stop myself because im in a mosh pit. lol. and then the show continues and they play a great set. jimmy isnt as talkative as i thought he would be but he is hilarious as usual. i keep getting hit in the head by the stupid crowd surfers and one of them actually smashes my head into the barricade and almost breaks my glasses and security keeps asking if im alright and i tell them yes so they dont pull me out and at the end of the show when kitty throws her drumsticks, the lady that saw me get hit in the head grabs my hand and gives me a drumstick.

/part two. rofl. and there's still more...

so me and my friend go to get cleaned up. thankfully she's not like dead or crying or mad. we get water and merch and then head back over and see lynz and jimmy and kitty signing. so i get in line for lynz cause i didnt get a picture earlier. and she sees me and shes like 'oh you! i was watching you all night. you seriously made my night. i mean it. you made my night' and i was like O_____O again. and i tried to say thanks but i was all quiet and i hope she heard me. so i got my picture and a ton of hugs. xD and then i went to get jimmy's signature but the mob was too crazy so i looked for kitty, but she was gone so me and my friend just went outside.
we saw the dude from earlier and sat by him in front of his car and talked a bit. my mom showed up and she said she would wait because people were waiting by the buses to meet them agian. and i wanted to see them agian. so we wait and finally they come out again. i walk over and kind of stay back since ive already met lynz twice and i wanted to give everyone else a chance. xD cause im nice like that. but it clears and she sees me again and is all heyyy you. and she said that i was adorable. and she liked my hair. and she said i was really nice. and that i was her favorite. rofl and then i think she started feeling bad cause my friend was right next to me and so shes like... youre my favorite too but shes just so nice. [talking about me] and she says that people are usually mean to her. and im like no way. everyone says youre a sweetheart. and shes like yeah. people are fucking mean. and im like :[ and we talk a little bit more and then she says she has to go and eat pizza so we walk away and then we see jimmy again so i join the mob around him and get up and give him my shitty paper and hes like 'what is this, youre homework?' and im like 'err.... sort of?' and he's like 'well you get an f' lol but he signs it and then we get a picture. xD

and i guess that is it. oh... well... i followed steve around a bit because he was like zig zagging all over the place but i never got a signature or anything D: same with kitty. i rly wish i could have gotten my drumstick signed but oh well.
xD now i just gotta think of a way to get my camera with me to my NYC show so that i can get a picture with lynz. and steve and kitty. hopefully.

p.s. i wanted to draw lyn-z something this time but idk what she might like.

I don't know. I think if you drew just something simple even, she would like it. I think Lyn-Z would just like the fact that someone would tke the time out to make something just for her, you know?
