Yeah, either Mom's pretend, or they really like them. That's because mom's are cool like that...or at least most of them are, mine included. She even said something like that yesterday, about how I should be glad that she like my music and knows most of the words because who else can say that about their mom? I was like, "Yeah, sure mom. You're the coolest," to which she started singing Dead!. |

(both sarcastic). but when i showed my mum the cover of TCFSR and told her gerard did it she said that he was very talented. im not sure what my dad thinks. |

I whent to the green day consert in australia and had only herd helana last year and my mum new more of the songs then i did, so that i guess proves i have a pritty cool mum. But my dad is always like what is this music. Ok post all the replys you want to this one because my dad is into hilary duff and kelly clarkson, i use to like them when i was like 9. but last yr both hilary and kelly came out to australia around my birtday was kelly clarkson.(my b,days nov 18th) and hillary came out around christmass. so my dad took me to both the conserts. i was so embarest because i dont even like them but since dad dosnt have alot of money i pretended like i enjoyed them. im selling the shirts that he bought me on ebay in a couple of yrs when he forgerts about it. |

and my dad has always liked the kind of music i listen; once he stole my cd and i was looking for it all over my house and i couldn't find it, and i ended up finding in my dad's car...
anyways it's a relief they don't understand the lyrics since they don't speak english. if she does, she wouldn't let me listen to mcr's or other bands' music cuz it says about things like suicide and drugs. |
