Hey guys, since there has been such a big problem with features of the kvlt being able to be stolen, hosted, and linked to other sites the moderators of the kvlt have had to revamp the security of the site as the site is being re-built; this had to happen because of the amount of kvlt only videos that have been taken from the site...so with the start of the "webisodes" (the new behind the scenes episodes that we are currently making that will premiere i believe every thursday) there will be new security features regarding videos and other media making it so that people cant just come in and take them...the kvlt kids get special cool shit because they paid for it...plain and simple..
some of you may not think thats fair...but those people only think about themselves anyway.....example: why cant "i" see them, why is everyone only mean to "me", why is ricky making fun of "me" right now, what did "i" do....
...the kvlt costs an extremely large amount of money to keep up and running, and think about how much work goes into the filming and production of these videos...these arent faceless editing drones working for some stupid company in hollywood...these videos are shot and edited by josh, chris, and myself, so it just kind of sucks that we put so much hard work into these for the benefit of the kids who paid to see it and have it leak all over within hours.
the webisodes will be available to the public via the FFTL DVD that will be coming out later this year, so dont be too bummed if you cant see them....or you could just become a member of the kvlt...
sorry if this inconveniences any of you 1337 h4x0rZ out there, but man, faaack off...ill be doing my videos for free so you can be my biggest fans if you want...

I can see the logic in this, and I'm guessing "its not fair" is totally unarguable.
But really... this is a huge time in the FFTL's life [the band in general, not the personal life of matt or whatever]... and posting updates just for the KVLT kids is just blahhh.
I mean, "cool shit" is great... but why something so critical? |

I think it's stupid that people just think it's cool to steal something and posts it for those unfourtante (sp?) and get all the credit for it, which is not cool. It's for the KVLT and that's that what it was made for. And since it is going to be on a DVD, people should be happy that they could at least see it. If the are impatient about it, then they just really need to learn how to wait. |
