Lol. I'll probobly wake up in anticipation and then realise it's already gone. ![]() I can't believe how active this thread has been this evening! More so than usual, is it because the concert's getting closer? Hehe. Squeeeeeee! I get to see My Chemical Romance!!!! Mwahahahahahahahahahahahaha. I cannot possibly wait! *swoooon* This is going to be absolutely amazing. I wish they'd sell a DVD of the concert, because in my over the top hystericalness i'm sure to miss too much. xxx |
| GoodLord Full of Ephedrine Age: - Gender: - Posts: 43575 | Greenfaerie you could always book other gig tickets. maybe they won't be as good as MCR but still. I have. I got tickets to TOC, 30 STM and am waiting for the big A7X tour ![]() |
| starktreks Devil's Got Your Number Age: 29 Gender: Female Posts: 35214 | I'm going to TOC too, And wow 30STM, lucky!! I declared my undying love for Jared Leto earlier in front of my mum, she was amused xD |
| Green Faerie Salute You in Your Grave Age: 35 Gender: Female Posts: 2903 | Generous Hypocrisy: *shakes head* Sadly it's only MCR that gets me this over excited. xxx |
| GoodLord Full of Ephedrine Age: - Gender: - Posts: 43575 | ^^^^ bahaha. the annoying thing is that 30STM are playing Manchester this time but I can't go as I'm in Bournemouth So I'm going to Leeds instead.anyway on topic. I really hate the idea of MSI supporting ![]() |
| GoodLord Full of Ephedrine Age: - Gender: - Posts: 43575 | greenfaerie: I was like that once. Just listen to other bands. seriously. |
| arthur pendragon. Crash Queen Age: 28 Gender: Female Posts: 30309 | Me too |
| Green Faerie Salute You in Your Grave Age: 35 Gender: Female Posts: 2903 | Generous Hypocrisy: I do try. I have an iPod full of over 2000 songs, and I sit and try to listen to other songs, I have some I like... but it's sort of like a twitch I put MCR on without noticing, Lol... Nothing seems to be good enough. Although I am liking Korn's version of Word up at the moment. To me that's great progress! xxx |

| starktreks Devil's Got Your Number Age: 29 Gender: Female Posts: 35214 | I'm loving The Used more and more at the moment, as I am with Paramore and Good Charlotte. I used to be the same, thinking I'd only ever like MCR, but it does change, honestly. =] I still like MCR best but, I don't, you know.. ARGHHHH I can't explain it xD |
| Green Faerie Salute You in Your Grave Age: 35 Gender: Female Posts: 2903 | I do have appreciation for other music. If it's on I do listen to it and enjoy it alot, but I can't help that when I have a choice I always go for MCR, Lol. Except sometimes before bed I like to listen to Classical music, but even then I still manage to feel strained until I can throw an MCR song on, and then I feel relieved. Maybe I should see a professional, I have favourite songs but MCR is my only favourite band. *sigh* Music Heaven. Anyway... Back on subject... MSI supporting, Meh... I don't really think it's the best thing they could have done, I think with such a massive album at the moment they could have gone with a band that's at the height of it's popularity at the moment. I don't have any suggestions, as my mind is kind of one track, but I still don't think that MSI was the best they could have got. I didn't really feel a pull when I listened to their music, i'm a bit indifferent to it. If they give a good performance at the concert then I may like them... i'm just a bit 'meh' at the moment. xxx |
| Ebonylox Joining The Black Parade Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 242 | FranksColaCan : Your picture is brilliant! I really like it. I'm really envious of people who can draw that well, particularly in ink. I can copy (kind of) , but I have to do it in pencil first and rub out bad bits Greenfaerie : You should definitely book yourself some more gigs to go to. Yeah, they won't be MCR (for the record, I don't think many bands come close to them live) but it is fun, the atmosphere is great and you meet more people. Just look out for bands that you quite like, or that MCR like, and go see them. Afterall, Chem are going on a break so you'll have to time to dis-excite yourself . I've got plans to to see HIM, Within Temptation, 30STM and Nightwish. I'd love to get a least one show a month in if I could. Otherwise, I think its rumoured there's maybe two more MCR singles and a DVD to look forward to. And don't forget the Umbrella Academy! I'm not keen on MSI supporting but I do think its worth giving them a chance. They might put on a good show -some bands are better live than you imagine - and, even if they don't, don't you think it would be interesting to see the girl our 'big/little brother' loves so much? He's obviously proud of her ... yeah he's got the benefit of them being on the road together but he must want us to see how talented she is. They're only going to be on, what, 30 minutes or so? You can always take ear plugs and a copy of War and Peace I'm not sure if it'll be TBP like in March. I mean, I know it's advertised as that, but I'm sure I read somewhere that Gerard felt that was getting a little old now and he was enjoying the sets at PR much more. Personally, although I thought the the March shows were fab, I preferred the mix of songs they did last November. I like not knowing what's coming next ... and that's why I preferred the "Three Cheers" part of the March shows. But I'll take whatever I can get! Gosh that was a bit of ramble. |
