There's a room for people with O2 phones, which you can only access if you're with someone who an O2 number or have it yourself.

If you want to wait overnight you will have to wait outside, I’m afraid. The O2 opens to the public at 10.00 am in the morning at from that time you can queue inside. |

Also, is there is a cloakroom or lockers to keep bags/coats in while the show is on and do you have access to this before the doors of the show open?
When does the merch stand open for business, is it possible to buy merch before the doors open for the show?

You can wait any where in side the o2 until doors open to the arena.
There are on cloakrooms or lockers in the arena.
The merchandise stand will be open before and after the concert
^ Thank you for that info, though I'm confused by the part about the cloakrooms - I'm guessing where it says "there are on cloakrooms or lockers in the arena", it means there are NO cloakrooms?
That's a bit of a bummer, but at least as we'll be waiting inside, we'll be in the warm! Though afterwards will be a problem O.O

Fast Track entry: when you come to The O2 to see a concert, bring your
O2 phone with you. There will be separate gate for you, so you don't
need to queue with all the other customers. You can bring up to four
guests with you to use this gate.

The merch stand will be open before the doors are, that's rad. If I don't get everything I want at Sheffield then I'll get some stuff at the O2. |
