I saw a thing on another website that there will be a 3 disc DVD in April - does anybody know if this is a possibility cause if it is it will be Christmas early! I will now go eat icecream in anticipation of more news - hopefully good..... and try not to think about any pictures of Gerard on the crapper....what is wrong with those Buzznet people anyway?

Regarding the new boxed set, it doesn't let you pre-order it if you're outside of Europe <grumble> And as far as what's wrong with the buzznet people, how much time you got? LOL where you around for the Lindsey debacle?

Someone sent me a link to the amazon.co.uk site, and it's listed there....but it's still insane shipping costs from there to here.

Live and Rare is on the US Amazon, so the new DVD will have to be there eventually. That or I'll just fly over there to England and buy one -- prob. cheaper than shipping.

Amazon.com. co.uk lists the item twice: once as an audio cd only and the other as a live dvd/audio cd. However, when you click on the latter, the description says "Audio CD" again.

I'm keeping an open mind about the DVD (With CD) I'm just going to leave it until the dates stop changing every 3 days. Hehe. I am very excited about it though, I was hyper when I thought it was just a concert, because I missed that tour!

I'm really looking forward to that DVD. Gah, serious pwnage ahead! I can pre-order it from Play cos I'm in Ireland but I haven't yet...I have flights to book and such for MSI in London so I might end up ordering it the day before, hehe.

DVD sounds awesome. They didn't film the making of TBP though, so i'm not even hoping for a Video Diary like LOTMS. I didn't see teh TBP tour though, so i'm happy with the live dvd. They better put the Making of's and the videos on it though!!

Amen, Gerard. Thank you for justifying everything we've been trying to say. Personally, I love it, knowing that he's bringing his new experiences to the table. I can't wait to see what's next.

For now, however, I'm going to watch The Dark Knight trailer again and continue to feel crappy about Heath Ledger. I was so excited about him in this movie, I nearly cried seeing the preview because he was just so breathtakingly perfect, and now this. I've waited years to have someone realize the Joker in such a perfect, gorgeous way. I know it's going to affect how I see the film, knowing he's gone, knowing that this one film with all that amazing brilliance is all we're going to get. If he can take *that* character and own it so completely, just imagine what else he could have done. [/offtopic]

Oh my god. I had no idea, I just read this and googled it. I can't believe it, I know it's lame but I am in tears right now. I'm just so shocked, he was one of my favourite actors. All his films are just amazing... oh my god. Thanks so much for posting that, I wouldn't have known otherwise. He was just so young, I can't believe how awful this is. I'm so sorry to the board for the rant, but I haven't felt this upset for a while... Lame I know. But he was just so talented and to lose it, it's just a waste. Fuck...

I don't think I could have received happier news than what was written in that article - and did you guys see that the O2 dates have been confirmed? Oh man this HAS to mean that they're signing on for something locally soon! Woohoo!

VERY sorry to hear about Heath Ledger - oh man, there's been an awful lot of really young deaths this past year, and this one with a baby at home!

I changed my signature to be that quote. It's just too perfect in light of all the discussions that were recently going around. While thankfully most of them seem to have died off, I think it's a nice thought to put into people's heads.

As for Ledger, I hate it when the first thing that people say when they hear news like that is "Oh, he was a druggie." Maybe, maybe not. Rather than speculate, wait until the autopsy results are released. Didn't everyone do that about Casey Calvert, and didn't he just have a fatal allergic reaction to prescribed meds mixed with OTC meds? Saying it about Brad Renfro last week, dead and surrounded by illegal drug paraphernalia, is one thing. Heath Ledger next to a bottle of prescription meds is another. I'm really upset by this. I've been in heaven for months following The Dark Knight and all the goodies it has for us fans. Now, it's going to be bittersweet.

Back to MCR: I saw that they've updated their tour page -- 4 shows at the O2 in London, and they were just there! So unfair. I've never wanted to be back in London so bad in all my life. I hope they give the US some of that love when they get back.

Yeah the death of Heath Ledger is a bit surreal hey? And why is it that people immediately assume and believe the worst of celebritiy deaths / rumours / lives. Why can we just not agree that he was a good actor and that he will be missed and sympathise with his family and his little daughter that will now grow up without her dad, which is really devastatingly sad...

I am really excited about the DVD news though but I will also not be able to pre-order in South Africa so I will patrol any and all sites where it will be affordable for me because our money is worth crapola compared to the pound! Its something like R13 to 1 pound - ridiculously expensive in other words! But yeah I will probably end up paying alot on ebay because I cant wait for it to get here.

The dates for the O2 have come down from mychemicalromance.com people are saying it got hacked. *sigh* and here I got all excited. I really want to see them in concert again, I was brain dead for the only one I went too, pleasure overload I just stood and stared. I would have loved to go a couple of those dates.

I'm a bit calmer now about Heath Ledger... I'm sorry for my very dramatic post last night, it hit me really hard when I first read that post, it was just so unexpected.

I so want to see MCR again, I can;'imagine how many hours away London is on a coach, but I would be very very willing to travel it, alone. I don't think it's going to happen though, *whimper* I got very excited over nothing it seems.

Anyhoo, Heath Ledger's death damn near broke my heart. My Goth, that was awful. My housemate got a text from her boyfriend and yelled in the middle of our conversation, "Heath Ledger's dead!" and we were like, "What?" thinking she was nuts...

...then we turned on the entertainment news on Teletext and when we saw the headline we all screamed. We were in shock, it was horrible. I can't believe he's gone. I loved that guy so much. Then my little sister rang me and she was distraught, almost crying, because she'd loved him for years. Why do we always lose the good ones? He had so much left to give. And his poor little girl...

In happier news, Deb, I do have the original to that, I think it's on photobucket. I'll have a look now, otherwise I'll get it from my laptop for you tomorrow.
