How do you feel about the Canadian Justice System?\
Do you think it's horrible?
I decided to make this because I'm really fed up by how people get away with things so easily. Take for example: Today I read that a guy knocked up his 11 year old daughter. He only got five years. I think this is BS. I cannot describe how angry I am. I despise the government but I seriously believe that our justice system is a big hunk of crap.
This disgusts me.
I personally believe we should have a much, MUCH stronger system. We have too many judges who are too sympathetic and retarded and even if a guy is put in jail for 'life', he is released 10 years after.
Sorry, I'm fuming here.
How the hell would other people feel if their son's murderer was free within three months?
How do you feel about the Canadian system? Also discuss other countries, how you feel about em.

It sucks. The life sentence is 25 years, of course, most murderers or criminals don't even serve half of the sentence.
The judges here are tards, to say the least.
Rapists are 'special'. They are blocked off from any other offender.
If you are a minor, you can get away with probably anything. 18 and under, you are fine.
For example: Seven minors jumped my sister and her best friend.
My sister's friend was thrown on the ground and kicked in the head until her head grew lumps.
A little skinny chick kicked my sister in the ribs.
Two men held them down and wouldn't let them go.
Mind you, these kids were drunk. Just as my sister went to lay into one of the chicks, a cop stopped her.
Those kids got away and didn't get so much as a slap on their wrists.
If I would have been there, I would have murdered them.
Basically, the system is crap, every body is too sympathetic or they just don't care.
I don't know many details but I'm sure every Canadian sees how stupid it is. |

I think that here in Canada, we need to help the poor, it is seriously getting out of hand..
