Which clubs did you go to Amy?
Ahh man, I'm craving a night out clubbing, but it'll have to wait until... the 28th of May xD
Well actually the 29th seeing as the 28th is a Wednesday and that'll be Ori night haha.

I'm seriously debating the special edition thingy, and have been all arvo. Really, it's not bad, only twice the price of the normal edition (roughly). Besides, I just got granted a bursary from Uni. Though, I should use that money for Uni.

What's a bursary?
I assume it's good?
In which case, I am jealous.
Uni hates me.

Although we did have a rather good debate about pineapple today, which I am pretty sure I killed when I said that Spongebob lives in a pineapple under the sea xDDDDD

And lmfao, one of our lecturers wrote something along the lines of "Fouccalt privelages pluralism: something something something, not purely of academic utterance" on the whiteboard today,
We were all sitting there literally looking like this: O_O
xD

Also, does anybody have Foxtel?
If you do, what are some convincing arguments to get it?
Not that I need convincing, I just need to somehow make my parents see that they really do need Foxtel,
sometime before Football Superstar starts xDDD
I will seriously die if I don't get to see this show.

CAcT '-.-' tux:

who's pre-ordering The Black Parade is Dead! with the mask & coffin box?? i want one so badly except i haven't stopped spending money lately.

Okay so I'm probably going to pre-order it..Probably meaning I'm about to, but I can hear my mothers voice in my head 'Meagan you shouldn't be spending so much money on this..blah blah blah'
Also in a way im like $75? Should I or shouldn't I? Lol

^ it's $75 all up including postage? I'd feel so guilty for buying it (which I'm sure I will sooner or later), because I've just persuaded my mum to buy me a ticket to Edward Scissorhands since i've been tipping my wallet upside down lately so i could clothe myself for winter etc (plus i have to chip in to my friend's parking fine since it was partly my fault). The fact I can't get over is that they merch is easily more expensive than their concert ticket...& it doesn't make sense.

asha- i went to Cargo Lounge (i guess that's not really a club) then the Argyle- the whole night I felt like I was prentending to be someone else...it was so fake. I'm still waiting for a day when someone will take me to Club Blink or Hot Damn...they seem interesting.

hannah- ahaha you crazy person, 5am? it's freezing cold lately. If it was somewhere closer to central, like SEC, I'd easily come visit you. Hordern is a bit out of the way so nah... Laughing

^Okay so I did it, Lol I do feel bad for spending so much money on it, but its not like I can't afford it. Most of my pay just sits in my account screaming to be spent LOL. I probably could put more money into my other account, cause thats the money I'm saving. But eh. And yeah that includes posting.

Okay so the free downloads of 3 tracks you get when buying it brings back so much amazing memories.

One of my friends worked at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre in about... year 11 I think. I think she quite liked it, except for when she was on the hotdog stand. In fact, I don't think she was an usher. I think she was a candy bar girl. But I think she liked it. I reckon that'd be a fun job really.

^^Yeah, I feel bleh because I always have like say 200 left over in my account come around next pay day so when I go under that I'm like awww I'm broke.
Plus mum and her remarks about spending my money so "freely" or something like that she says..You should have seen her when I spent 300 on 2 tickets for Chris Rock. I'm like mum its so worth it...

Being a usher would be pretty cool I reckon..

Asha; a bursary is a grant for financially disadvantaged students. Every year you can apply for one and the students in dire need of financial assistance get the dosh. The money comes from rich people who donate to the University lol. Each bursary is names after the person who donated it. They're a max $500. You get the maximum limit if they think your situation is bad enough. I got the full $500, so yay. But I really should leave that in the bank for my books.

Also, I had Foxtel, before we stopped being able to afford it. If you wanna convince your parents, just appeal to their interests. If they're into documentaries and all that, point on the 24/7 channels of documentaries etc etc. I'm inclined to use the "TEH MUSIC CHANNELS ARE TEH SHIZ" argument, but somehow I don't think that would convince your parents. xDDD

Ahh ok, it all makes sense now!

And lol, my parents don't watch much tv!
I'm so screwed xD
I tried the whole "the music channels are awesome!", and "it'll help my education" (not too sure how, but I'm doing media-related things so at a stretch it is?) things, and they haven't worked at all D:
Bloody parents. And it's not like it'd be too expensive or anything because dad's got a new job where he earns $9347958756 an hour xD

Edit;
what the hell?
That's like, right outside my uni o.0

Would they fall for the whole "if you love me you'll get it for me" thing? xDD Jeepers, they sound hard to budge. Oooh, or maybe tell them how it will keep you entertained and off their backs. Haha. I'm obviously struggling for convincing reasons. Neutral

That's scary about the shooting. O.o

Oh, and you know how you asked me how I survived without an iPod all this time. Now that I have one, I DON'T KNOW. I'm totally in love with it. If it's possibly to be in love with an inanimate object. I think if it was ever taken from me *touch wood* I would die.

I don't think it's going to happen D:
I'm really hoping that my friend gets through the first few rounds of Football Superstar (he's already through the first, yay!), then I might be able to convince them that it would be absolutely hilarious seeing him on tv, and thus worth getting Foxtel.
I will seriously die laughing if he gets to the stage where they have to live in a house together.
