| CAcT '-.-' tux Salute You in Your Grave Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 2188 | awww, that sucks, I've had some of those "i'm sick of my friends" times, but lucky i was out of school by then so i didn't have to face them everyday. hey, I don't have an ipod. I'm attached to music and earphones already. An ipod will make it worse! oh- yes, at least some people agree with me that being an usher is cool. Unlike my parents. They think it's dangerous standing around in a public place. Screw them, I'm totally gonna get a job as an usher. |
| Rh!annon Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2281 | LOL. I heaps read that as you saying Usher [as in the artist] was cool. I'm like hellllllllll no. |
| sez Bleeding on the Floor Age: - Gender: - Posts: 1416 | Lol that's what I thought she said too. And that's exactly what I thought. Actually it was probably more 'Amy are you crazy!?' |
| Pansy. Always Born a Crime Age: 29 Gender: Female Posts: 6937 | DRUNK WITH LUST: Ahhh, I wanna know how it went so bad! it's so weird to think that all these bands and members are coming here. In lil old Adelaide. |
| the original JULES Demolition Lover Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 19598 | I saw what the setlist was, if anyone's interested? I'm not entirely sure how I feel about it though. -____- BUT THEY DIDN'T PLAY ALMOST EASY OR DEAR GOD. So I'm happy about that, lulz. Do you want me to post it?! 'Cause I'll post it! |
| Rh!annon Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2281 | Post post post post. Haha. Maybe it small font, jsut in case others don't wanna see. |
| the original JULES Demolition Lover Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 19598 | DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW THE AVENGED SEVENFOLD SETLIST!! It might get changed anyway, but just in case!! 1. Critical Acclaim 2. Afterlife 3. Beast and the Harlot 4. They played a few riffs from AC/DCs "Back in Black". 5. Scream 6. Seize the Day 7. Walk 8. Bat Country 9. Unholy Confessions 10. ALPOH =D! |
| Rh!annon Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2281 | OMGOMGOMGOMG. They're playing THE three songs I said I would die if I didn't hear. Haha, that's all I needed. I didn't think they'd play #10, so I was resigned to probably just hearing the other two. Hahaha. Oh gosh. If it changes. Will die. |
| the original JULES Demolition Lover Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 19598 | They played #10 all during their TOC set, which is pretty cool. Honestly? It's not the best live sounding track. But it doesn't bother me, because it's such a big song, so them just playing it live is awesome enough. XD What are the other two songs?! They're actually not playing any of the songs I'd hoped for, lmfao. Not that I mind too much. But c'monnnn. |
| Pansy. Always Born a Crime Age: 29 Gender: Female Posts: 6937 | Schweet, I know most of them xD Cause im not a massive fan of them and I only have their newest album I was worried i'd just be standing there not knowing anything theyre playing. Crittical Acclaim = <3 It's my favourite song at the mo. And ive been singing 'Sh... quiet, you might piss somebody off" all day long haha it's so annoying. |
| Rh!annon Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2281 | ^^ I haven't actually seen any of their setlists, so had no idea what they have been playing. I fail at stalking them haha. Actually, I fail at stalking a lot of bands lately. I figured #10 wouldn't be that great live. I assumed they wouldn't play it for that reason. But I lurve it cause of the story and the themes. So w00t. The others were #1, cause that one makes me wanna dance like crayzee. The other was #9. I pretty much knew that they'd play that one. I wanted to hear that one cause it was my 'induction' song. It was the first song I heard of theirs (cause a friend made me up a CD of songs she thought I'd love about 4 years back) and what made me check them out. So it was important to me that they played that more than any other song. But it was a given that they would anyway. I decided that if they played those 3, I would be happy with whatever else they played. I wanna ask you what songs you were hoping for... but that might spoil the setlist for others. :/ Oh wait, you can. Tell me in small font! Haha. |
| the original JULES Demolition Lover Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 19598 | Renee - They're a band that always plays a lot of newer stuff. So it's great for majority of the fans. But some of the older fans get pissed off because of it. And yesss, Critical Acclaim will definitely be sooooo awesome live. Rhiannon - Oh yes, #9 will bring back the memories for me. That was the first song I heard, back in the day. XD Okay, small font, yay! Off the new album, I really wanted to hear Gunslinger and Brompton Cocktail. Those two are my favourite from the new album, and they played Gunslinger on TOC, and even Brompton Cocktail for a short time! But nooooooo. I would've also liked them to play Burn It Down, from City of Evil and Betrayed, but they never play Betrayed, so I didn't expect it. XD And from Waking the Fallen, I would've liked Remenissions, which they usually play live, or Second Heartbeat, which they played at TOC. Clairvoyant Disease is my favourite A7X song, but they've never played that live on any relatively recent tour, so I didn't expect it. And I won't even go to Sounding the Seventh Trumpet, because they've never played any song from there recently. XD Buuuuut, in saying that, I don't mind the setlist. I'll be verrrrry excited if they play Walk, because it's such a great cover, and of course, Critical Acclaim will excite me a shitload. And yanno, I don't mind Bat Country and Beast and the Harlot, but they're overplayed. But then again, they kinda have to play them, because if they didn't, they'd be dumb, lmfao. They're singles. Lulz. Oh, and I'll cry during Seize the Day, that's for sure. XD And yerr. That's really it. XDD I wonder what the BFMV setlist was. I'm sure I can find it somewhere. XD Edit: I found the setlist from their US TOC tour, so it won't differ too much from it. But they weren't headliners there, so they might play a couple more songs. Scream Aim Fire Disappear Four Words To Choke Upon Tears Don’t Fall Suffocating Under Words of Sorrow Say Goodnight Eye of the Storm Hand of Blood Waking the Demon It's pretty good. I don't think it'll be changed as much as A7X's, because BFMV have less songs. |
| Rh!annon Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2281 | Bahahaha. Conclusion; they should make you pick their setlist in future. They would be awesome songs to hear. There's a few you mentioned that I'm mourning not being able to hear, but I did promise I'd be content, so I can't complain. There's a few BFMV on that setlist which I'd be pretty stoked to hear. I don't actually have BFMV's latest album, so I wont know anything from that. Maaan. So excited. If I remember correctly, A7X were playing last in Adelaide? Where else are they playing last? They're not in Melbourne. BFMV are last. Sigh. |
| the original JULES Demolition Lover Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 19598 | Lmfao, I really should. But the setlist is a nice selection. If they played Almost Easy, I would've killed them. Or Dear God. XDD The latest BFMV album took a verrrrry long time to grow on me. I really disliked it at first, but now I enjoy listening to it. XD The only two I really want is Forever and Always, from their new album, and All These Things I Hate. Or Room 409. Or Curses. Ahahahaha. I VOTE THAT BOTH BANDS SHOULD PLAY EVERY SONG THEY'VE EVER RECORDED. =D That would make me well... ecstatic, to say in the least. XD Hmm, I can't quite remember. Definitely here in Adelaide, and maybe Sydney? Not sure about Perth. I've got it written down somewhere, luuulz. XD |
| Rh!annon Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2281 | Bahaha. Yep. We're gonna have, what, a 7 album-long concert at least? xDDD I love the idea, actually. I soo need to stop procrastinating and work on these papers. |
| Frankie-Oreo Salute You in Your Grave Age: 30 Gender: Female Posts: 2818 | ahh okay question for all the girlies here: if your best friends brand new ex boyfriend asked you to formal, after everything he did you your best friend, do you think he'd actually expect you to say yes? didnt think so |
| Rh!annon Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2281 | Given how brainless guys in general are, most probably would expect you to say yes. xD Some guys seem to underestimate how strong friendship is between best friends. |
| the original JULES Demolition Lover Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 19598 | So I just got back from the airport... and I know what time A7X is arriving in Adelaide!! =D! I'm going to meet them! Providing everything goes according to plan that is. OMGGGGGGG. In 12 hours, I'll probably be at the Thebby! |
