State Of Origin xD
... actually that probably explains why you don't know about it lol.
It's NSW v QLD xD

I'm half watching it whilst being ignored by my friends who are too engrossed in it to pay any attention to me.

Is that rugby? Or actual football? Or... some other branch of ball kicking?
I have no idea, hahahaha.
We South Aussies enjoy our footy, and for some, our soccer.
Outside of that, everything is foreign.

My brothers all have friends over, and they're getting so into it xD

Hahaha, usually my friends & I go to the pub on Wednesday nights, but nobody went this week because it'll be full of bogans xD

Edit;
It's Rugby of some form... League I think...
And NSW just won, for anybody interested lol.
AND NOW I MAY ACTUALLY GET SOME ATTENTION AROUND HERE, YAY!

I posted this LJ entry before pretty much saying how all guys are the same. Little rant about the male species.

Seriously, within 10 minutes I had 12 comments from girls exclaiming their agreement.

Crazy. But funny.

Well YAY that they won.
My town is not really the type of town that is very lively, even on weekends the pub isn't really that busy. I mean tonight it probably would have been but yeah.

Now I might listen to the others I have.

^^ You're seeing Carl Barron? =OOOO *jealous*

And for Asha;

Quote
I've come to a conclusion.

All guys are the same.

They all don't grow up. They all don't change. They all think with one brain, and it doesn't reside in their skull.

I used to think there were exceptions. I thought some were different.

But it's all of them. Even the mature ones. There's always something. Something that reminds you that they're just males after all.

It's somewhat cryptic, but you get the gist.

Eep =/
Hope you're okay, whatever happened.

EDIT: So I'm finally listening to TGP, after so many many months of being told to listen to them. I like. I just thought I'd inform you all xD
The guy in the CD store at work would be so proud of me. He keeps recommending their CD to me, and even to my manager (who really doesn't like that sort of music), and it's just amusing.

I didn't think anyone would ever want to come to Adelaide.
But - get this.
[Darkness Surrounding] are going to have an Australian-wide meet up for all the members, and Sampy has planned it to be held in Adelaide. Why?
Because she loved it here. Cool
And I'm here. And I make things fun. =P
It's gonna be soooo awesome.
So, come to Adelaide in January Asha!
That way, it'll be the best month of my life, hahaha.

THAT GOES FOR EVERYONE ELSE TOO.
School holidays for the win!

oooh, that's so awesome!

lmfao, I'm already going away for three weeks in January/beginning of February though.
ALTHOUGHHHHH.
I'm away for the Sydney BDO... so maybe I could go to the Adelaide BDO instead...
That actually does sound like an awesome plan to me lol.
Although I guess it all depends on dates, because I have to be in Sydney on the 8th for the Twenty20 Cricket LMFAO.

Well, as long as you let me know when you're coming, I'll definitely make time to catch up!
Sez, Renee, Steph and I can take you out. Plus any other Radelaide INOpians, haha.
By take you out - I mean straight to Midwest Trader, because that's where the fun's at these days!

Hahahaha awesome. That sounds like a fantastic plan. I don't understand you all wanting to come here though xD but YAY for it anyway!!!!
The Adelaide BDO's usually in the first few days of Feb, so I reckon you'll be FINE =D
Hehehe.

I just got home from seeing Indiana Jones.
Epic fail.
In itself it was an okay movie, I enjoyed it in the cinema, but after talking about it, it was really just ridiculous. One friend of mine, as soon as I came online, was like 'My god. Piece of filth. Worse than all three new Star Wars movies put together' - I don't think it was THAT bad. In fact, I told my bf, and I think that he summed up my feelings of it quite completely. (But watch out - it does name some scenes so if you're going to want to not know AT ALL what's going to happen, don't read it xD)

'I don't think there was as much to ruin in this though. Star wars has a whole universe and the characters and a stronger plot element. So the 3 movies really had their work cut out for them. With this, expectations weren't as high. And at the end of the day, it had it's entertaining moments, whcih is what Indiana Jones is all about. However, it did feel far more ridiculous than the others. They had ridiculous fight scenes where indiana just always won easily and dodged bullets... But they didn't have super tree swinging action + monkeys. In fact you know the first half wasn't terrible. Up til that graveyard. That was prob my favourite bit. That's what it should be. Exploring these hidden ruins and solving the riddles/ puzzles to find the treasure. But once they started fighting the russians... it was just silly scene after silly scene. And the treasure... wtf was that. It seemed so pointless. Indy could have not found it and all would be well still. Pointless.'
